Mental Health Wilderness First Aid's founder & director Daye Cooper Hagel, and her husband Collin Hagel, were delighted to welcome their son Darcy James Hagel in to the family (and the family business) on December 23, 2021.
Like many MHWFA students, Darcy is already learning to express feelings of all kinds (and at all hours), and loves spending time in nature. His other interests include milk, cuddles, and donning MHWFA gear on Hagel family outings.
Donetta Faye (Daye) Cooper Hagel is a clinical counsellor, veteran wilderness guide, and director of the Mental Health Wilderness First Aid program on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. Read more about her and the MHWFA on the About Us page!
