Mental health challenges are just as frequent as cuts and broken bones. Yet those in remote communities or wilderness areas face circumstances that require a more nuanced set of mental health tools than in an urban environment.

Mental Health Wilderness First Aid is for anyone who lives, works, or plays in remote areas or rural communities. Tree planters, Search and Rescue teams, wilderness guides, Canadian Armed Forces members, teachers, hikers, remote area professionals and rural community members benefit from MHWFA training. Join us!
