pre-trip mental health form
![]()
|
The pre-trip medical form is an excellent opportunity to exchange information about mental health with your clients. This is a two-way exchange: while a client is disclosing information about their mental health experiences, the course provider is communicating that they are oriented to mental health issues, and is setting the stage for future genuine connection and conversations.
Learn more about using pre-trip mental health communication at one of our upcoming courses. |
MHWFA safety planning forms
![]()
|
Safety plans may be used to proactively support someone to be more aware of their own experiences, triggers, coping strategies, self-care practices, physical safety measures, and social and professional supports. They are also great resources for guides to feel aware and prepared to provide effective support in the field.
