Joelle is a clinical counsellor and author. She works in private practice online in British Columbia, specializing in communication, trauma, and anxiety. In November 2021 she published The Conversation Guide.
On February 13th (in honour of Valentine's Day and Family Day), Joelle joined us for an interactive presentation about boundaries - what they are, why we need them, how to have conversations about them, and why we avoid these conversations! We also discussed difficult conversations in general, how to structure them, and why it's important to have them.
